- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Jerry Morris and company have completely ruined me financially. As a new driver, it was not made clear to me that I had a remaining bill after purchasing a new car and changing my policy. Nor did they try to contact me to inform me of the issue. Maybe they mailed letters, maybe they were lost in the mail? They never called to inquire as to the issue. Nor did they contact my lending bank to let them know my insurance had lapsed. My bank would have been able to insure me under there own (expensive, yet necessary) policy. None of this was made apparent to me until I was in an accident. They have made no efforts to help rectify this situation. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆A UPS Store franchise that doesn't know where a UPS drop box is or any small town has a box you can drop stuff at in case the store is closed so you don't have to drive to a bigger town. and they are trying to sell an old woman Insurance on a package when she does not need it she doesn't need it instead of trying to help. They're not from down south they are rude which is a shame this used to be a nice little town before the Yankees came and bought up all the property and brought their ways with them. Just drive to UPS in Asheville. they help you and are not trying to sell you stuff that you don't need. It's a joke it's not really UPS it's just a a Kinkos with UPS badge out front.
