- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The customer service I receive at this branch is so poor, that I will be closing my account as soon as my next few transactions clear. The inconsistent answers to my questions, obvious lack of communication skills, and out-right rudeness and having to ask permission to finish my thought while speaking with a representative is unbelievable.
